Warranty
All warranties, expressed or implied, on the products sold are made by the manufacturer. Bath1 offers no warranty on any type of item or product it sells, unless specifically provided. Bath1 will not be responsible for, nor allow claims for, consequential damages, labor, repairs, lost time, or costs of any kind, incident, or related to warranty problems or difficulties.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
- Prices and Terms: Subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Buyer can pay by credit card or apply for a trade account.
- Credit Approval: Orders are subject to credit investigation and approval.
- Returns:
- Products cannot be returned without prior written approval (RAR).
- Returns accepted within 30 days of invoice date with a 20% restocking fee.
- Return freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged or used items are not eligible for credit.
- Damaged Merchandise:
- If merchandise arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact Bath1.
- Concealed damage claims must be made within 7 days.
- Limitation of Liability: Bath1’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest of the terms remain effective.
- Waiver: Waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of other breaches.
- Assignment: Buyer cannot transfer rights without Bath1’s written approval.
- Law and Arbitration: Governed by Ohio laws, disputes settled through arbitration in Trumbull County.
- Entirety of Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between Bath1 and the buyer.
