The first one I ordered was from Amazon and it arrived with a dent on one side. The customer service from bath one was outstanding and quickly refunded me and supplied me with a direct link to purchase. I thought ordering directly from the company would be the best way to get a seat in good shape. So I ordered my second seat straight through Bath one and it showed up with paint imperfections like bubbles that didn’t seal around the edges on the top and bottom pieces and the top piece had a very rough edges that were uneven down one side. Once again I contacted customer service they were very helpful and apologetic. They refunded my money and told me to order another and that they would put a note under my customer number to please inspect the outgoing next one for me. Lo and behold when I got the third seat it had worse paint and edge imperfections then the second one. At this point I decided to just give up but would like the company to know that they need to inspect this product line because something is amiss in production !
