    Bought two of these for a master bathroom update. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews, but decided to take a chance since I like the look. Bought the brushed nickel finish and it's beautiful. Initially, our plumber (knowing how to install faucets) skipped looking at the directions. When it didn't work properly, he had to go back and read them. After actually following the directions, they work perfectly. We've been using them flawlessly for 3 months.
