Just installed in our Florida Vacation (ultimately Retirement Home). Love the functionality and the "one hole" option. Gave us plenty of room for dish soap dispenser, hand soap dispenser and faucet for RO drinking water. High faucet / extendable faucet head facilitates filling deep cooking pots. Only wish it hat a metal reinforced hose for the faucet head. We will see over the next 30 years how the "lifetime warrantee" woks out. ;-)<p><small>Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com</small></p>

Like the faucet, is working out very well for us. One suggestion I have is to add a heavier weight to the retractable line. I solved the problem by adding the weight off the old faucet I removed alongside the weight that was provided with the new faucet. It now retracts very easily. We've owned this faucet for almost six years now and have become absolutely spoiled by the convenience. :-) After owning it for about two years, the "touch mechanism" began to fail and so I called Delta customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a new repair kit which I replaced myself. The most inconvenient part of that process was the necessity to work from under the sink (not the most convenient place to move around) but other than that, the kit installed easily and worked just fine. After owning the faucet for five years, the touch mechanism failed again, so I once again called customer service. I have to say this--the gentleman I dealt with could not have been more helpful. This person exuded patience and professionalism! After going through some minor troubleshooting, the problem was identified as being a faulty solenoid, and a new, (apparently upgraded) kit was sent immediately and received within a few days. The new design made it easier to install than the first and the color changing LED is a really nice touch. I'm in hopes the "upgraded" replacement will last even longer than the first, because my wife says no matter what, we'll be getting another one just like it, if & when it becomes necessary.
