    Don't get me wrong, this is a great faucet, and I particularly like the Spray-Shield technology; it works great. The spray, however, is lacking.The sprayer assembly has the single stream, spray and blast functions, but the designers chose to split the spray into two, small areas, 180° from each other.     I searched for ever for a faucet and am so happy I ordered this one. My pull-out Pfister from a big box store started leaking out the top after two years and we couldn't get the handle to come off. I wanted to upgrade to a pull-down that wasn't so tall it interfered with the cabinets above. The Cassidy is a high arch and was perfect. It swivels completely around in a solid fashion with ease, but yet does not wobble at all in the base. I like that the handle is elevated a bit from the counter. I have it mounted to the right and I don't seem to be dripping water down it all the time. The cartridge feels fairly solid and I hope will last for years to come. I was reluctant to get the basic chrome color at first but it looks really sharp and I think it was the right choice.
