What I expected..
simple and neat and it was very easy to install. it is very light but looks nice. the screws that go into the wall are long. I will try to post a photo soon.

good product like all grohi but does not tilt - that was a problem for me

Inaccurate product description..
the "adjustable angle of the hand shower" according to the product description is incorrect: you cannot tilt the shower handle forward/down (or anywhere) the material is listed as "metal" but 3 of the 4 main parts are plastic (only the rod is made of metal). for the price I wasn't expecting a solid brass item but at least the description should be accurate. if you just want to adjust the height of the shower, this might be a cheap solution for you. return it and opt for this one instead: d461800 danze 24 inch standard scrollbar update: I added another star (back to 3) because the return (and full refund) was handled so professionally.
