    the product arrived quickly and as advertised. i would buy from this seller again. i am very happy with the way they communicated with me and how fast it arrived. not sure about the product itself. it has a lot of plastic parts and very little metal. however i think it is more of a standard when it comes to shower heads.

    the easy install works much better than the cheaper ones. this is my second. the first lasted a good ten years!
