Easy to install - looks great..
our oldest (over 9) finally got tired of our hard water and gave up. the only trouble is you can't buy them in california anymore so we had to reroute them through nevada. once we got it, installation was trivial and we now have a new shower head that works great.

Skeptic converted - fantastic product..
During the renovation of a bathroom, we had a contractor who recommended this model to us. we then went to the best plumbing in new york. the seller said he would recommend it too and he has the same shower head at his house. I was skeptical given the huge price tag (5x an "average" shower head at a hardware store). or I was disappointed that I could return it for a small fee). the contractor and retailer were right - it's an attractive, solid, well-built product. this shower head provided more pressure and multiple settings. I will probably buy another one for another shower in our house.
