the only negative is that the spray function does not work properly. low water pressure could be the cause.

new item works fine. although this is not reasonable, it was better to replace the mouthpiece than the whole unit. comes with adapters for different water pressure flow rates.

the faucet head was fine but none of the needed filter inserts were included. luckily I had saved them from my old faucet head and could use them with this one. at $200, such mistakes are unforgivable.

i gave this a more negative review at first. it turns out it's very important to install it correctly (which I didn't). there is a spring mechanism that needs to be reconnected correctly so that there is tension on the tap to retract and install. note that it is made of plastic with some sort of metallic laminate that is now warping. look at the picture.

I regretted buying this kitchen faucet for about $800. he is 7 years old. the rubber pad on top that turns the sprayer on and off is worn. i was considering buying a brand new type faucet when i discovered the replacement head yes! my faucet is like new again! by the way, this faucet can be bought through bath1 for about $600. grohe is a great product overall. I also have the matching jar filler.

i have been looking for a replacement for my spray handle for a while and was hesitant to pick this up as it said universal fit. when i got it it matched the original perfectly and was very easy to install.
